The body of the 2023 INFINITI QX60 is the result of an elegant design laid over its sensually sculpted exterior, an Eastern-inspired grille with an origami-like mesh, and unique lighting signatures that mimic the look of piano keys.
Standard features include LED headlights with an automatic on/off system and high beam assist, and LED daytime running lamps. It also has power-folding and power-adjustable heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals, body-colored door handles with chrome accents, welcome LED lights on the front handles, and capacitive touch sensors on the front and rear handles.

The 2023 INFINITI QX60 uses a 3.5-liter direct-injection V6 engine with 295 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. It goes to the front wheels or the optional Intelligent all-wheel drive via a nine-speed automatic transmission.
All trim levels of the 2023 INFINITI QX60 have a drive mode selector with five settings. Owners can utilize Standard, Eco, Snow, Sport, and Personal based on the terrain, weather conditions, or the driver's preference.
Drivers can control transmission shift points using the standard paddle shifters behind the steering wheel.
The Intelligent All-Wheel-Drive system can transfer 50% of the vehicle's available power to the rear wheels to increase traction over slippery terrain.
